Buy When There's Blood in the Streets
Scot: Until analysts and strategists stop finding ways to justify putting money in, then i don't think you buy. I always rather miss the first ten % up than catch the next 10% or 20% down. So when that happens, that's one i'll buy. Not cause, you know, stocks are down, whatever. Snow, plake look at how that stock, younow, got hit. And i've been negative on that stock, not the fundamentals, but the stock, for forever.
