The State as the Absolute Expression of Human Authority
Mankind has a longing to be united to the divine. He will either try to make himself a god, or he'll invent a god to unite himself to the divine - that's inescapable. And it always is this man centred, atheistic state building project,. Yet, this is the sinful urge t that gives rise to the idea of the state as god. The opposite of that would obviously be what babble like the babelic instinct, exactly. So i think in that's something that we have to recognize is fundamental to human nature.
