Since the start of 2023, Atlanta has reported 72,600 evictions in seven months. This is already 10,000 evictions more than 2022. According to the data tracked and published by the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank, there were 11,159 new evictions reported in June. From January to June, only about 15.5% of the evictions have proceeded.
