I believe the answer is yes. They're trying to go after him and get criminal charges. But i want to just point out, not that i think it's not likely. Potentially, they need only 12 to believe probable cause a crime may have been committed. There will be no judge, and therew'll be no defence. And if 12 of these grand jurors find probable cause, a probable cause, i mean, think about how low that standard is,. That means a cop walks past your car and says, maybe i smelled pot. That's probable cause. Probable cause is his car was swerving. Think he's under the influence. I think trump will be indicted.
