The Fear of Litigation
It's going to the Senate fishing game. I think either late this week or early next week, if it does get to the governor's desk, he's going to sign it. We'll have to challenge it that way legally in court. This is something that has been used by oil and gas industry, logging,. things like that, where they do this to keep people from basically litigating. It's a fear thing because they can continue to do what they want to do.
