Buybacks Are the Second Best Thing in R&D

I'm not a big fan of buybacks but I would rather see them pay the money and dividends. Buybacks are the second best thing to what long-term R&D yeah believe it or not or expanding planet given. We're one of the only countries in the world that we double tax dividends you know at one point in time was taxed as ordinary income.
