And that's people with the personality trait of openness. When i heard that, i got very excited. Because i am some one who loves being in nature. I had written a book about the health effects of nature. But then when she told me we could actually learn to sort of move the needle on this personality trait, we could actually learning to become more open, i thought, ok, that's going to be my project for the next year or two while i'm working on this book
