How Do You Pick Stocks?

Ken Fisher: I'm a very simple top-down macro manager. The first thing that I look at is the whole world, countries, sectors and sub-sectors. He says it's the kind of stocks that are moving that are more important than the specific ones. If you're fishing in a pond that doesn't have the right kind of fish, and it's the wrong time, you're not going to get fish.
