Each week i tell you about some of the country's coldest cold cases and how you can do your part to help move them forward. In 19 97, there used to be federal laws that said you had to wait 24 hours to report someone missing that's not true any more. Whether it's an adult or child, people should call police as soon as they think someone is missing so a search can be started as early as possible.
