David Rothkopf: Israel's new government is trying to undercut the authority of the Israeli Supreme Court. He says Netanyahu has zeroed in and one of the reasons that this administration is so right wing. The best U.S. could hope for is to keep Netanyahu from actively declaring those settlements to be permanent Israeli territory, he says. Rothkopff: And they have a problem because Yahoo came this close to attacking Iran under previous nuclear redlines.
