God gave joseph a dream that one day he would be in leadership. His brothers were jealous and threw him into a pit, eventually sold him as a slave. He worked for an army captain, cleaning his house and doing repairs. Some one lied about him and he was put in prison. But god will not let the actions of other people keep you from your purpose. God is go to take you further than if that had not happened.
