The way Medicaid and Medicare, but also many private insurers will reimburse hospitals for care is rather than a gallstone. That kind of that's where we see all these weird insurance codes come up. If you've ever gotten an insurance statement and you see sort of like strange codes on there that don't totally make sense, like that's all a DRG legacy.
