Is There a Way to End the War on Ukraine?
Russian President Vladimir Putin doesn't have many options left, says John Defterios. His main problems to day are lack of man power and weapon shortages in russia's arsenal. He could send conscripts into the war but that would be highly unpopular with Russian people. But even if he declared a war now, it'll probably be spring before you can actually use most of those weapons on the battlefield.
