Sunday morning was never, in the past, a big political moment at all. But thanks to brian walden with week end world that all changed. Do you thik there are enough big beasts left in british politics for there to be a constant supply of interesting, influential people? A kind of maudlin psychological nastalgia is one of the perils of journalism,. i don't think that is true. I can see some really, really interesting and extraordinary people emerging. And i think there's plenty of material there for human as well as political analysis. So i hope that we're leaving on high.
