How to Think in English?

A lot of learners think you have to be advanced to think in English or almost fluent. But I think you can actually start developing that skill even when you're a beginner. My three steps that I normally teach people, the first step is super simple. So for example, if your listeners just take a moment and just look around the room, I bet they could think of at least 20 words.
