A lot of times what I'm talking about is You know having one-on-one conversations with the actual consumer of whatever it is That's gonna whoever's gonna use this you know if we're talking about predictive analytics. We need to figure out what is going to make them want or not want to use this from the beginning. Research is a big thing that's often missing in this place and that can sound like this really expensive long thing that takes forever to do.
