How Do You Create a Community?

Marty: I was like, how do we replicate that in an online setting? We send everyone matching today's day t-shirts and then force them to take photos of themselves in it. And one of the things that I stand by is there's no such thing as competition with my students. It's that if we can share knowledge and empower each other as we empower ourselves, we all rise up together.
