I tell young people, who i think are brain washed into thinking that a revolution, revolutionary idea will change everything. I don't think ideas are special. For example, right now, in this year, you watching or listening, could have the most brilliant never before thought of idea that is a game changer. And then simultaneously, somewhere half way across the world, another person could have the same idea, and the two of you could execute the same idea completely differently. So the idea isn't special. You are special and how you do things. The more you're able to share you with the world, the more successful you will be. There's nothing to me it's more exciting
