The Importance of Empathy in Sharing Stories
I'm a very empathetic person and so often when people were on the stage talking about their private dramas, I got teary of course, it's just awful stuff. How do we pivot this kind of program into a more positive? Because sharing stories is the beginning but you create an atmosphere of four negative energy because at the end of the day it is really negative how you feel afterwards. Well they're very extreme spectrum of feeling empathy and I understand people sharing stories like that is to provoke people's empathy. That's a thing that we need; should we move on to how can we make change instead of continue to share stories where to go from there? It always feels the same
