How to Create a Local Network?
There were, i would say, four main protagonists that led the project of creating the local network. The first two are the founders of the radio station you mentioned earlier. But also there was a chance encounter between two other younger folks at the conference. Peter bloom is from the united states originally, but hehada experience helping native communities create their own communication systems. And got very involved in indigenous media in the state of wahaka.
