What's the Difference Between Theology and Doctrine?
Brieft cal: Can you help us understand some distinction between theology and doctrine? Theology is a kind of speculative, but not wild, right? Responsible, but speculative endeavor. Nothing worth saying gets anywhere close to doctrine, right? It's just got a different set of questions. One of the chapters in my own book is on how do we make sense of laban's death? Right? There simply isn't ta doctrine about that - there just isn't.
