CNN's John Sutter talks with Amy Mearns about her new book, "Bird" He says it would almost be more surprising if Mearns didn't attend the fair rather than dead. And then you begin the book, of course, with a bird, like we talked about, and you end the book with a bird as well. It's also the image of the same bird, a very kind of distinctive, strange looking bird.
