Do You See a Peak in Yields?
We haven't had a situation like this in a very long time. I was not counting on them raising a to four and a half % as as the terminal rate for this year. Do they do that again? Are we talking about five % the next time there's a hot inflation report? If we are, then this is not the top. There might just be too much demand at current levels of yield.
