Jonathan Karl: I have to say, I did not anticipate that this podcast would take such a turn into daughter party territory. But it gets to something that I wanted to ask you about, which is how the previous court rulings on executive privilege in the January 6 context might or might not speak to this because Ben's description of Trump's hypothetical acts of cannibalism are obviously well outside the scope of presidential duties. Does that speak at all to the testimonial immunity question or to how DOJ might consider it, or is that really a separate issue? It's a really great question.
