The numbers are always going to dictate and be, you know, if not the most important determining factor. This house is in Santa Ana, California, so Orange County, right? And we do a lot of three bed, two bath, 1200 square foot houses. So it's not like a crazy design or anything like that. It looks just like a normal house.
