Theory Induced Blindness
I'm about half way through the book, and i've found it to be both informative and amusing. So let's talk a little bit about theory ind duce blindness. The idea is that if you have a certain lens that you look at things through, then you're going to see everything to be consistent with your point of view. It's like where people have various views about the economy, from the left and from the right. And every time there's a bit of news, they'll find a way of interpreting that piece of news as just confirming what they'v ways thought that.
