What's Next for Policing?

Every day in this country, a woman is still killed at the hands of a man every three days. So we keep doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome. This was one of those seminal moments for policing where they really needed to do something different. I support the three sort of pillars that maggie blythe has laid out. But i can tell you areas where i think more needs to be done.
