Computer Repair - Is There a Trend?
In his book, groundhog days and event business strategy, i explained that i selected a computer repair shop based on looking at their reviews on yelp. A lot of reviews means a lot of people are checking them out. I want to see what were the problems? Is there a trend? Is there' something i need to be aware of with this particular provider? That's number one. Number two, i want to see that this company is screwed up.
