The Golden Fleece

Jason fell asleep dreaming of the quest for the Golden Fleece, with heroes of legendary renown at the oars. The citizens of Corinth barely even noticed when the rotting old ship had sunk into the cold, January waters of the harbor. Most of the mythology cuts off after Jason and Medea return to Yolchus. I really liked her pre-child murder, and I even thought there was a bit of poetic justice in her using Peleus' family to murder him. She will always be known for killing her kids, and that's kind of a bummer because you have to think about the attitude toward women in Athens at the time of Euripides play.
