A defibrillator is like an insurance policy. If you have it, you don't feel any better because you have an insurance policy, but it's there if you need it. I'm a big fan of making sure that patients are on beta blockers, RNA, al-Dastaron antagonists and now the more recent SG-L2 inhibitors. Make your consultants work for you. Let them operate at the highest point of their game.
