Elon Is Wildly Overpaying and His Equity Is Going to Be Worthless.

Twitter is overpaying by six and a half times more than it needs to pay. Once this deal closes, Elon's 31 billion of equity or 24 billion will be worthless. Twitter shareholders are making out like bandits. Your Twitter management and employees are going to be ruining the day that this ever happened because I'm sure he'll make their lives miserable or fire them.
