The Kremlin Blames Ukraine for an Explosion in a St. Petersburg Hotel

After deadly severe weather late last week, we're again bracing for dangerous storms tomorrow. The Kremlin is blaming Ukraine for an explosion in a St. Petersburg cafe Sunday that killed a pro-Putin blogger. Russia's also under pressure from the US over the arrest of an American journalist, Evan Gershkovich, on spying charges. NASA has named four astronauts who it hopes will go to the moon next year.
