Reparations for Slavery

Slavery has been a universal institution for thousands of years as far back as you can trace human history. Adam Smith said that Western Europe is the only place in the world where there is no slavery. The left will never give up the race argument. It's the only cudgel they have to divide America. No one actually believes this is going to solve any problem.
