Can We Use That Evidence to Find Reasonable Doubt?
The jury had asked a question that I think gives, you never know when the questions come in. Let me just, it could be one juror who's voting for not guilty as opposed to 11 who are staunch but you never know. But this was a very intelligent question because they said, if we don't believe the other acts evidence, can we still use that evidence to undermine basically the prosecution case and find reasonable doubt?
