A, can you just talk about what the process of fund raising was. A, because our industry fluctuates so much, it's hard to time a fund raise such that units are right. We raised our second fond, 50 million dollar fund a close it earlier this year. Our investment thesis is largely the same, i would say, trims of valuating start ups.
