The Benefits of Less Stress in Dietetic Eating

I think a very large percentage of those folks actually, it's more about the restriction and the stress of over exercise and not eating enough or being so stressed about your food that you're creating that level of stress. I have a client who got pregnant, just surprised for with her fourth baby and she had had to having fertility treatments for all three of those. It was a really huge grieving process to think through that. We don't have exact stats, but it would just be really, I just know anecdotally from my experience too, kind of what's unfolded when we do a little bit less. And we're a lot like, exactly.
