The Fed's Decision to Hike Rates in May
John Williams president of the New York Federal Reserve Bank out earlier this week said that he thinks one more rate hike essentially would be appropriate based on his view of what's happening. Investors believe the opposite is going to happen that the Fed is going to begin to pivot toward cuts talk a little bit about that disconnect. There's actually 70% chance of a hike priced in for May and I feel like unless we see real evidence of labor markets slow down which we're kind of maybe getting at the margin but not enough then yeah I mean the the cuts look can look kind of insane but it's always more probabilistic where like there's there is a tiny chance of something really bad happening so that
