Building an MLOps Framework, What Components Would You Prioritise?

A lot of what you might be doing might be new to even very seasoned like CTOs and Headzels, software engineering or technology. And I've had this before in the past where people have said, I don't know any of this, so I have to trust what you're saying. That can almost create a little bit of a divide between kind of you and them. So I would say, prioritise the data platform and actually how you get data and treat it and version your data because that would serve other use cases as well.
