The Toxicity of Teamwork

Zachary: The whole MJ documentary has now raised all these questions. What does it mean to be is it toxic to teams to have this kind of person? And then also that second question, you know to some degree MJ then starts to realize he needs to get out the best out of his teammates and how do you do that?
