Dr. David Bates is the author of one of our featured papers in the current January 2018 issue of RadiGraphics. Dr. Bates's paper is entitled, Imaging Manifestations of America's Opioid Epidemic for the Emergency Radiologist. In 2014, the opioid death rate in Massachusetts was more than double the national average.
