Cardio Resistance Training - How to Get the Minimum Effective Dose
Cardio can be quite a complex topic and it can confuse people. What would you recommend as far as intensity and frequency to get the minimum effective dose for someone that just wants resistance training? I think if you just do one 30 minute session a week, you might really not scratch the, you know, scratch the surface enough to start to feel this benefit.
