How to Hydrate on the Run
Be hydrated before the run. If you think you're going to hydrate on the run, it's already too late. You can maybe maintain a great level of hydration on the run if you're bringing water and fluids instead of electrolytes in there. But you're not going to get hydrated on a hot day while you're running. Just be hydrated. Take care of yourself. Own the decision making and the choices you're making as an athlete and own the decision making process and the choicesyou're making as a coach. Adjust. Sometimes all you need to do is adjust one of them. Sometimes you need to adjust all three.
