Rep. Steve Scalise says the GOP is going to win a lot of seats this election cycle because voters are most angry about how much they're paying for things. He also said that West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin got duped by Democrats into supporting tax increases in exchange for permitting reform, which was not even on the table when he voted against it. "I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today," Rep. Scalise told Kilmeade.
