With bones, I think you're not going to get as big of a drastic change with maybe some of the specifics as you would with tendons. The main thing to me is fueling. There's some really great questions from the athlete triad coalition. But yeah, those are the main things I'm looking for. With training, you know, there's a lot of moving parts, but especially with bone stress injuries. And if you didn't take the time to have a conversation about everything and do everything that were low on his ferrets and levels in his training, he could completely miss a season or more.
