What Is a Quantum Computer?

Qanto is a word that combines the words 'computer' and 'quantum' It means to build a computer out of pieces that can do weird things. The idea there is, let's build a computer which can solve problems otherwise hard. But first we have to think about how a normal computer works. And what does it mean to say a computer before thinking about quantum computers?
