The Power of Open Mindfulness
I love that you have just really relaxed into the open mindedness because there can be like an overwhelming aspect when you're being very agreeable. And I think that this comes from doing things like movement and meditation to release this energy. So it's about trusting that in the moment when you have it. If you follow your strategy, I know with my strategy, I do have the defined spleen and I definitely, and it goes to my throat.
