RFK Jr.'s policies don't appeal to me at the moment as he's expressed them, especially his support for affirmative action in colleges. The story of his voice is not that it sounds like Catherine Hepburn because so does Nancy Pelosi and she's commanding as hell. So it's definitely not gender. And it's not quality of voice.
