The Origins of Werewolves
The origins of werewolves can be traced back to ancient Greece and Rome where stories of humans transforming into animals were common. In Norse mythology, there were stories of people who could transform into wolves or bears known as berserkers. One of the most famous werewolf stories is the legend of the beast of Jevudan. According to the legend, the beast was a massive wolf-like creature that killed over 100 people before it was finally killed.
