The Upheaval in the Insurance Industry

The insurance industry has gone through a tremendous amount of upheaval over the last couple of years. A number of notable storms along the Gulf Coast are not new, but yet we've seen insurance premiums escalating dramatically in a number of markets. I'm hearing from some folks, 500%, 700% increases in insurance premiums. There are very few projects that can withstand that kind of an increase.
