How Did You Find Your Entrance Into the Restaurant Business?

Whel: I had a troubled childhood and a troubled youth. i ran away from my home and dropped at a high school when i was 15. My folks were divorced, and my ma didn't have any money. When i came back woud have een my junior year, i didn't hav any money for lunch money. And i needed to work, and e to get a job. So i got a job in 19 80 as a local, local stake house,. washing dishes for two 65 an hour. And did that and bus tables and prept a little bit through his junior and senior year of high school. That's how i found my entree into the restaurant business
